I can't log in.

You might need to verify your account.

Before you can access your Alia account it needs to be verified, for account security. If you have created an account but not logged in yet and are having trouble logging in, make sure your account is verified.

  1. Go to the account verification page.
  2. Enter your email if you are a client, or phone number if you are a cleaner.
  3. Click on the link in the email or text that was sent to you.
